Can I cancel an order that is currently in process?

Yes, an order can be cancelled that is currently in process.  You will be subject to a prorated invoice based on the work that has been completed at the time of notification.  Orders which include brochures or other marketing materials are considered 100% billable at the time the draft has been sent out for review (even if it has not been printed).  In such cases, you will be offered the option to print the materials or be issued credit to print additional copies of a similar product on another job (past or future).
The rationale here is that we have expended about 99% of the time and labor on this project at the point the brochure draft is sent out… i.e. travel, photography, feature inventorying the property, photo editing, layout and copywriting. The “variable” cost of printing to us is negligible.
